Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data (name, email, Google account ID if you sign in with Google), transaction and bid history, shipping addresses you submit for withdrawals, and standard server logs.

2. How we use it

To operate the vault, marketplace and auctions; to process payments (via Stripe — we never store card numbers); to prevent fraud; and to contact you about your orders. We do not sell personal data.

3. PDPA

We handle personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012. You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent, via the Contact page.

4. Retention

Transaction records are retained as required for tax and audit purposes; other personal data is kept only as long as your account is active plus a reasonable period.

5. Third parties

Payment processing: Stripe. Sign-in: Google OAuth (optional).
