1. Who we are

TCG Outpost operates a Singapore-based vault and peer-to-peer marketplace for authenticated trading cards. By creating an account or using this site you agree to these terms.

2. The marketplace

Cards listed on the marketplace are physically held in our Singapore vault. When you buy a card, ownership transfers to you digitally and the card remains vaulted under your account until you request shipping. TCG Outpost charges the seller a 10% commission on each sale.

3. Auctions and bids

Auction bids are placed using purchased bid credits. Bid credits are consumed when used, are not legal tender, have no cash value, and are not redeemable, refundable, or transferable. The auction winner pays the final auction price to receive the card. Some auctions may include clearly labelled automated participants; their activity is always marked as such.

4. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms. Seller wallet balances are an internal record of sale proceeds and are governed by the Vault Terms.

5. Prohibited conduct

No shill bidding, market manipulation, counterfeit goods, or use of the platform by persons under 18.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, our liability for any claim is capped at the greater of SGD 100 and the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
