Vault Terms

1. Custody

Cards you buy or consign are stored in our climate-controlled Singapore vault. Each card is assigned a unique serial number and a public certificate page verifying its grade and vault status.

2. Ownership

You own the card outright. Vaulting is custody, not a transfer of title. Sale or transfer of a vaulted card changes the registered owner instantly with no physical movement.

3. Storage fees

Storage is currently free. We will give at least 60 days notice before introducing any storage fee.

4. Withdrawals

You may request physical shipment of your card at any time from your vault dashboard. Shipping costs and timelines are shown at request time; see Shipping & Returns.

5. Insurance
