Shipping & Returns

1. Vault-to-vault sales

Marketplace purchases transfer ownership digitally — nothing ships unless you ask. There is no shipping cost for buying a vaulted card.

2. Requesting shipment

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 business days. Cards ship fully insured with tracking and signature on delivery. Shipping fees and available destinations are shown when you submit the request.

3. Returns

All marketplace sales of vaulted cards are final: every card is authenticated and photographed front and back before listing, and the certificate page shows exactly what you are buying. If a shipped card arrives damaged or does not match its certificate, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a claim.
